Hello. I’m Vince. I’ve been a resident in Murrieta since 1988 when my parents dragged me and my siblings out here from OC to get away from traffic. It worked for a while, but not so much anymore. I run a somewhat unique real estate business. When I work with sellers, I often offer discounts, not because my service doesn’t deserve the highest percentages, but because I like to help people keep their equity. I also often help my seller clients prepare their property for the market. What I mean is, I’ve gone into my seller’s homes and made simple repairs or updates to make the house as attractive as possible to potential buyers. Most often that includes things like new paint, deep cleaning, some trash-out type of work, and even at times new floors, plumbing repairs, etc… I work closely with a general contractor who consults my clients on repairs they should make, shouldn’t, etc… I save my seller clients thousands of dollars with commission discounts and in-house repairs and upgrades. We’ve even completed pre-sale work on houses included in the commission so my clients didn’t have to come out of pocket while still getting their house prepared for the best possible price.
I’m not your typical buyer agent either. On occasion I’ve talked my buyers out of houses that we’ve viewed for a variety of reasons, usually having to do with costly defects that I don’t want them to adopt with their new home. I’ve shown buyer clients up to 40 houses before they’ve found the one they loved. It’s important to me that you find the right house and that you love it. If you’re not totally certain on it, we’ll keep looking until you fall in love with the one you’re meant to have.
